The SC900714A3AD-SI is a high-performance injector driver integrated circuit specifically designed for automotive engine control units (ECUs), addressing common failure points in modern common rail diesel injection systems.
This device features a fully protected single-channel output stage configurable as high-side or low-side, capable of driving solenoid injectors with peak currents up to 22A and holding currents up to 7A.
