0D068 Fuel Injector Driver Chip – Wearable Part for Engine ECU
The 0D068 is a high‑reliability fuel injector driver chip designed as a wearable replacement part for automotive engine control units (ECU).
It directly controls the solenoid current of gasoline or diesel fuel injectors, ensuring precise opening and closing timing. This chip supports peak‑and‑hold current regulation to reduce injector heat and improve fuel atomization.
Integrated protection features include overcurrent limiting, short‑circuit detection, and thermal warning output. The 0D068 can operate from 4.5V to 28V and withstand transient voltages up to 40V, making it suitable for 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems.
It is AEC‑Q100 grade 1 qualified, with a junction temperature range of -40°C to +135°C. The compact SOIC‑16 package allows direct drop‑in replacement for common OEM injector driver stages.
Typical applications include repairing failed injector output channels in engine ECUs, aftermarket performance tuning modules, and rebuilding used or faulty powertrain control boards.
By restoring proper injector current shaping, the 0D068 helps reduce misfires, lower exhaust emissions, and extend the service life of the ECU.
