VBG08H Automotive Ignition Coil Driver – Smart IGBT Power Stage for ECU Applications

VBG08H is a single‑channel ignition coil driver featuring an embedded IGBT power stage, internally assembled using Chip‑On‑Chip (COC) hybrid technology.
