The TLE8209-1R is a fully integrated H-Bridge power driver IC designed for automotive motor control applications, including throttle control actuators and DC motor drivers. This device combines control logic, gate drive circuitry, and low RDS(ON) power MOSFET outputs in a compact 20-pin DSO package with an exposed thermal pad for efficient heat dissipation.

This driver operates over a wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 28V, with logic supply requiring 4.4V to 5.25V.
