30651 Automotive Body & Engine ECU Fuel Injector Driver Module Chip
The 30651 is a dedicated fuel injector driver module chip designed for automotive engine and body control units (ECU/BCM).
It provides high-precision solenoid current control for direct fuel injection systems, ensuring accurate fuel metering and combustion efficiency.
Key features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and fault diagnosis output. The chip supports both peak-and-hold and saturated drive modes, compatible with common rail and port injection architectures.
Operating voltage range: 5.5V to 36V, with low quiescent current in standby mode (<50µA). The 30651 is AEC-Q100 qualified, suitable for under-hood temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
Ideal for aftermarket engine management upgrades, replacement of OEM injector drivers, and custom powertrain control modules. Available in a compact HTSSOP-24 package for easy PCB integration.
This component enhances throttle response, reduces emissions, and protects the ECU from back-EMF spikes generated by injector coils.
